Grumeti fell with the race at his mercy, 2nd time this has happened to me recently, must have trod on a black cat or something.

If you're betting be sure to set out your staking and allow enough time to show a profit – I started backing on the 7/12 and it took 35 selections to get in front, so be patient as I think this is a long term winner.

4.00 Kempton Prussian @ 1/2 Won (20p R4) @ 1/5sp
(Effectively a 2/5 winner at early prices after the 20p R4)

didnt take 35bets this time paul to be in profitForum like i always say the timing of some things are just as important as anything else- good timing gives you confidance bad timing the opposite even though if we stick with a profitable method long term it wont make a diiff but the timing if nothing else breeds confidance.

decided to go with a rolling bank and bet 2% with a bet increase only when 100 is added to the bank see how we go.we got some value to sp todayForum

Yes Max, you're right, and timing of when you start is only really of short term concern.
You will be fine with that staking but with a 60% strike rate you could go in more aggressively without much worry.

1.30 Hereford Tour D'Argent @ 1/2

(I'm having to take 4/9 with Lads as Victor doesn't want my business, but I will continue to use VC prices, when they are best odds, so long as no one reports major problems)

Hi Paul,

Misery likes company, so it made me feel better to read that you too have bookies that don't want ou business. In my case I have 3 who don't want it at all , 1 who only wants it if the possible payout is < £10 and a few more who will accept bets where the payout is < £100.

From the above, anybody might think I was an experienced  pro punter – but no all I did was to dutch a few races at BOG and thereby guarantee an overall profit from winning drifters.

There are lots of bookies, but many/most only want mugs as punters.

Thank God for BetUNfair, They only want their pund of flesh out of your winnings.

It is a familiar story Ian, its just a matter of trying to keep your head below the parapet whenever possible and making the most out of accounts. There is a guide on closures available if you search the site there's an article on it.
